It is good to send them messages that would contain details and information about the product they just purchased. You can set the system to send them a series of information emails week after week. If you are going to send a training module then do not send it all at once. Your customers may not want to read long details. Send first, the most important information and then send more product information over the next few weeks. Remember to always keep your messages short and precise.
